Then it follows up Cannons Lane towards Chenoweth Lane and Brownsboro Road. The boundary then follows roughly down Hubbards Lane, along Westport Road, and continues just past I-264. The central area of St. Matthews, along Shelbyville Road, is constantly growing and changing into a local hot spot. Establishments like Drakes, Molly Malone’s, Mellow Mushroom, Tin Roof, Café Lou Lou, and Plehn’s Bakery draw in local residents and people from other parts of Louisville.
Brown Park, Arthur K. Draut Park, St. Matthews Community Park, and Warwick Park are all located within St. Matthews. Many residents are within walking distance of at least one of these wonderful parks! Seneca Park is another Louisville favorite, and it is right outside of the St. Matthews boundary.
